I would like to thank all my class attendee’s for all their yoga efforts this year. It has been so rewarding to see you all enjoying your yoga practice and experiencing the benefits that a consistent practice brings.
As we are nearing the end of 2012 it is a great opportunity to take time to reflect on this year and perhaps to set some goals for what you would like to achieve in 2013.
I highly recommend you watch this video to hear Janine Shepherd tell her true story. Janine was set to become an Olympic medalist until she was hit by a truck during a training bike ride. Her dream of achieving her life goal vanished in a split second. She shares a powerful story about the potential for human recovery and the incredible power of the human spirit to achieve a goal.
Some questions you may wish to ask yourself are:
- Are you living your life as the ultimate creative expression of who you really are?
- Are there any activites you would love to take on but have put them to one side?
- Is fear or physical limitations stopping you from achieving a personal or professional goal?
Make 2013 a year you set out to realise some of your hopes and dreams .
