This is what we all hope for, to feel bliss in our professional vocation and bliss in our personal space too. But how do we find our bliss?
- Create a Sacred space that you use daily for some uninterrupted reflection and unrushed creative work.
These days we have so many demands upon us that it is vital we create our own scared space to retreat to for some time each day so we can reflect and be with ourselves. By sitting quietly we give ourselves the opportunity to return back to our wholesome state and really discover ourselves and our truth..
If you find it hard to discipline yourself to do this perhaps ask a friend to join you for some quite mediation time or join a meditation circle. It can be nice to also mix it up so you have some time by yourself and some time within a group environment. Time spent in stillness with yourself with nothing to do really is to be cherished.
If you follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while waiting for you and the life you ought to be living is the one you are living. When you can see that, you begin to meet people in your field of bliss and they open doors for you. I say, follow your bliss and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.
Wherever you are if you are following your bliss, you are enjoying that refreshment of life within you all the time.
Joseph Campbell.
