Take time each day even if it is only for 5 minutes to feel your body breathing. Riding each full inhale and each full exhale enables you to move beyond the mind and to feel into your heart space, feeling the sensations of the body breathing. This practice slows the ramblings of the mind and when the mind slows peace spontaneously arises.
