I love these quotes as they are so simple but they really define how one can go about increasing their level of happiness. It’s all about giving, being compassionate for self and others and feeling grateful.

So perhaps take time to think of how you can give to someone today and also what you are grateful for in your life.  If you are struggling in some areas of your life send love and compassion to yourself and if you know of others struggling send them love and compassion.

Life is a journey of continually working on ourselves so we can feel happier and have greater harmony and balance.
