Dr Mike Clark (CEO National Academy Sports Medicine, Chief Science Officer of Sharecare) produced a fabulous article detailing the power of exercise in decreasing your risk of getting cancer.

The most recent study which he mentioned was done in 2010 showed that 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity such as walking lowered your risk of getting endometrial cancer by 34% and if women maintained their BMI at 25 or less there was a 73% decreased risk.
